PEACH CHILLED CAKE

Preparation time 2h ​​
Portion: 20 slices


  Ingredients for the mix: 

     1 cup all-purpose flour
     1 cup sugar
     3 egg yolks
     1 tbsp (tablespoon) of baking
     1 can of peaches in syrup

Ingredints for the cream:

     1 can sweetened condensed milk
     2 cans of cow's milk (measured tin condensed milk)
     6 tablespoons cornstarch
     3 beaten egg yolks
     1 teaspoon (tsp) vanilla
     shredded coconut

Sauce for the top:

     3 egg whites
     3 tablespoons sugar
     1 can of single cream

How to Prepare

Mix:

     Whisk the egg whites
     Place the egg yolks
     Mix the remaining ingredients
     Bring to bake in preheated oven - heated for 20 to 25 minutes

Cream:

     Bring to a simmer, condensed milk, 2 cans of the milk and cornstarch
     Stir until thickened
     Remove from heat and place the egg yolks and vanilla
     stir and then leave

Sauce:

     Mix the egg whites with the sugar
     Place the cream and beat well

Assembly:

     After the finished cake,pierce some holes in it so the sponge absorves the sauce
     Pour  peach sauce or syrup and the chopped peach on the top of the pierced cake
     Then spread the cream over the peach sauce
     Sprinkle the grated coconut
     Finally, pour the sauce over the cream and cake
     Serve well chilled
